  1. Attorney Positions: We are seeking experienced attorneys who are passionate about the law and committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. 
  • Able to handle complex cases.
  • Admitted to the florida bar.
  • 3-7 years’ experience is required; experience or expertise in construction law, business litigation, community association law is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on cases independently.
  • Able to work with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies for cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and review documents.
  • Able to handle depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Able to develop trial and litigation strategy.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position. Attorney requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong negotiation skills; Organizational skills; Attention to detail; Adaptability in all situations; and determination to succeed on the client’s behalf.

2. Litigation Paralegal Positions: Our litigation paralegals play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and managing cases from inception to resolution.

  • Highly prefer 3+ years of experience*
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Draft pleadings and correspondence; trial preparation.
  • Create and maintain case files; review and manage documents.
  • Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on all assigned cases.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position. Paralegal requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Understanding of legal court rules, deadlines, and procedures (state, federal and appellate); Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel; Knowledge of eFiling Portal.
