Get to know our March attorney of the month: Catie Smith!
Catie is a Senior Attorney at C&G and has been with the firm since 2021. She focuses her practice on Construction and Business Law and is planning to sit for the Bar’s Construction Law Board Certification exam next year. Catie spends her free time with her two beautiful daughters, Autumn, age 10, and Selena, 3 months, and her husband Brandon. She and Autumn attend horseback riding lessons together and are hoping to own a horse of their own in the not-too-distant future. Catie also enjoys hiking trips to the mountains and reading thriller and historical fiction books.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany has successfully resolved numerous litigation disputes in a wide array of matters ranging from probate, landlord/tenant, commercial, foreclosure, consumer, construction, and general litigation matters. She also has prior experience in immigration law, including humanitarian, family-based, employer-based, and removal defense. Fun fact, she speaks Spanish!
