My recent experience with Cobb & Gonzalez, and Jay Watson, one of their attorneys was outstanding. My requests were handling quickly, and the billing process was streamlined and very efficient. After a leak caused by the negligence of a local AC company where 80% of our house had to be replaced, the AC company filed an insurance claim on their behalf but did not go as easily as explained. We had over $120K in repairs, was going to be misplaced for 3-6 months and was getting nowhere with battling against a major insurance company alone. After numerous calls to local attorneys referred by friends, they all advised I should just file against my homeowners insurance and let them fight it out. However, that is NOT what I wanted to do since a claim had been filed with the company and why should we and get dropped the next year? Cobb and Gonzales was my last phone call before caving to our homeowners; their firm allowed me to explain my frustrations and what I stood for, and fully supported my decision and how I wanted to move forward. Summer Reed took the bull by the horns and did everything she could to work closely with our case, communication was prompt and the end result was in our FAVOR!!!  Summer mentioned in cases like these both parties don't always win but in this one we did. If it wasn't for Summer's compassionate, understanding, perseverance and determination and putting herself if our shoes this would not have ended the way it did.
